Objectives
Curriculum & Scheme of Studies
The Curriculum of DAE Civil Technology has been designed to teach students to apply knowledge of Mathematics, Science, Workplace Practices, Applied Drawing, Engineering Survey, Construction Techniques, Hydraulics & irrigation and relevant Technology fundamentals, and advances.



Laboratory Facilities
The Civil Technology department is equipped with modern laboratories and workshops to provide hands-on practical training to students:

Construction Lab
Well-equipped facility for construction materials testing, mock-ups of building elements, and hands-on experience with construction techniques and methods.2
Material Testing Lab
Advanced laboratory equipped for soil testing, impact testing, classification, and analysis of geotechnical properties. Also have tools for comprehensive material property analysis and quality assurance testing.3
Drawing Hall Lab
Dedicated space for architectural and engineering drawing, equipped with drafting tables, drawing tools, and design reference materials for hands-on technical drawing practice.4
Hydraulics & Public Health Lab
Specialized facility for hydraulic experiments, water flow studies, and testing of public health engineering components including water supply and sanitation systems.5
Surveying Lab
Features modern surveying instruments including total stations, theodolites, levels, and GPS equipment.6
Computer Applications / Auto CAD Lab
